Whether your loved one needs minimal support or more hands-on assistance, we’re here to meet their needs with dignity, respect, and kindness.
LEVELS OF CARE
We offer four levels of assisted living care to accommodate a wide range of personal needs:

Residential Care: For independent individuals who want to enjoy the benefits of community living—without needing hands-on assistance. Includes meals, social activities, laundry services, and medication management.

Level 1: Occasional reminders and minimal assistance (e.g., with bathing or medication management).

Level 2: Moderate daily support such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and ambulation.

Level 3: Comprehensive assistance including incontinence care, feeding support, diabetic management, and help with mobility and transfers.
Each care plan is tailored to the individual, and we adjust support as needs change.

Our team provides day-to-day support to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment:

NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Good food is a cornerstone of life at Havenwood. Residents enjoy three wholesome, home-style meals each day in a friendly dining room environment. Our meals are designed with seniors in mind: simple, flavorful, easy to enjoy, and tailored for a range of dietary needs.
MEMORY CARE
We welcome residents with mild to moderate memory loss, as long as they can live safely within a general community. While we do not offer secured memory care, our trained staff provides gentle structure and support for those with early-stage dementia or similar conditions.
ACTIVITIES AND ENGAGEMENT
We believe in supporting not just physical needs, but emotional well-being too. Residents are invited to participate in a variety of optional activities, including:
