Havenwood is a privately owned assisted living facility located just ten minutes outside of Lexington, Virginia. Built from the ground up in 2002 to serve the needs of seniors in the area, Havenwood has been proudly operated by its current owner since 2014. It offers a quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained environment where residents can receive personalized care in a peaceful country setting.
We are a small facility by design, allowing our staff to get to know each resident and provide the level of support they truly need.
