What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check for monthly payments. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
No, Havenwood is a private-pay facility and does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Can residents use VA benefits?
Yes. We accept the VA Aid and Attendance benefit, which can help eligible veterans or their surviving spouses pay for assisted living.
Do you accept long-term care insurance?
Yes, we work with most long-term care insurance providers. Please contact us to discuss how we can coordinate with your plan.
